Tom is an accomplished lawyer who has practiced law since 1986, specializing in the areas of real estate, business law and estate practice. Whether you have a real estate issue, a commercial law problem or need assistance with wills and estate planning, Tom is there to listen and provide you with sound legal direction. Tom is a graduate of University of Windsor (B.Comm.), University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law (LL.B.). Tom is also a past instructor with the Ontario Real Estate Association and is a member of the County of Carleton Law Association.
Sara is an Associate who has been working with Windle Law Firm since 2012. Her current areas of practice are corporate law, wills and estates, real estate law and civil litigation.
Sara is a graduate of Carleton University (Bachelor of Arts, 2005) Queens University, Faculty of Law, (Juris Doctor, 2008) and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
Sara provides her clients with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity, whether it be advising, advocating or negotiating to meet their needs and accomplish their goals. She would be happy to assist you in planning a course of action that would best suit your particular requirements.
Sara is very involved and committed to her community and sits on the board of several charitable organizations. She also volunteers her time as a youth group advisor.
